When we first visited the showroom, we looked at the tremendous variety of options available to us and then having some choices in mind, we spoke to the showroom team. Contec then kindly arranged for us to see the options we were considering at our home, and this enabled us to decide on the best choice for us. As we were replacing an old large Cornish crazy paving patio, plus some paths, quite a lot of planning had to go into the project. Tom and Rob came out to visit us to discuss both design ideas and practicalities of laying the new stones. Over the following months we had a few meetings with Tom as the project evolved and each time Tom was able to give us guidance and ultimately to provide an Estimate for the project. Tom's conversations gave us complete faith in their ability to complete the project. We agreed on a start date and this was honoured by Contec. When our job started, we were totally impressed at the skills of the team involved. Not only were they careful and precise in their work, but they were all really nice people to have working at your home. As a team, I cannot praise them highly enough. Everyone was a delight to meet and get to know over the weeks. Tom regularly kept an eye on the project by visiting the site at least once a week. He was always happy to discuss any changes as things evolved and generally kept us informed throughout. The site was kept tidy throughout the project with deliveries being made efficiently with any waste removed at regular intervals. Again extremely professional and thoughtful. Our final finished patio and paths are amazing. We are truly delighted and are so glad we chose to use such a wonderful and caring firm. Contec sell high quality products and offer a service to match. Thank you to Rob, Tom and all the team for everything. As soon as we went in the showroom we felt welcomed and looked after. The displays showed everything incredibly well. Lisa who looked after us listened to what we said and recommended what she thought was the best product. We didn't place an order immediately but did a few days later. Our limestone was delivered within the week together with everything we needed - adhesive and grout. Our builders of many years installed the floor and we are so pleased with the result. It looks even better than we imagined. We had some left over tiles and grout and Contec collected them and credited us. We cannot praise Contec enough - from beginning to end they have been professional, friendly, helpful and very nice to deal with. The product is awesome and our kitchen looks beautiful.
